Question by Samantha: If you’ve been married, but living separately for 5 yrs., 3 with someone else…who are you married to?
‘Someone’ first filed for a legal seperation in 2001 in the state of Kansas, and has continued to be seperated while in fact living with someone else for the last 3 yrs. Does this constitute a “common-law” divorce of some kind, mixed in with a “common-law” marriage?
